    We are presently open and shipping from two of our warehouses located around the country. Delays with your order may be because one or more of those shipping warehouses are located in states that have been closed due to "Shelter in Place" Orders, and the remaining shipping warehouses that are still open are experiencing delays due to minimal staffing limits.

    We care deeply about keeping our employees safe and healthy. We are diligently practicing safety measures within all our open facilities to ensure that each one of our employees is safe and protected. These include social distancing and frequent sanitizing of all areas and high-touch surfaces. We’ve begun staggering the shifts of our distribution center associates to allow for fewer people in the center at once, while still allowing us to work to get your order shipped to you.

    As we continue to adapt based on evolving circumstances, there could be minor delays in shipping (a few days or more) and wanted to keep you in the loop. Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation which will have your estimated delivery time. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    US Postal Service is our shipping method for Canada and other international orders.
    Shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order.
    All orders placed after 12:00PM Noon EST are shipped out the next business day. The day that a package is shipped is not calculated into any of the the shipping times.

Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a store credit or credit card refund, less 20% processing fee.

Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address.  Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

    Undeliverable Orders
    Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
